Reporting to the Director of Sales, the Account Executive is responsible for leading, maintaining, and growing a targeted, current customer base in Vancouver. Acting as a dedicated account manager, AE's become a consultant, negotiator, and partner to their existing customer base. Eligible Relocation costs will be paid out to the right candidate.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Achieve and exceed set sales targets and metrics on a monthly and quarterly basis
  • Manage assigned customer base/accounts:
  • Work with marketing to develop continual marketing communication to client base
  • Develop and nurture current customer relationships through active communication
  • Prepare and provide quotes and proposals to customers
  • Place and manage order process:
  • Ensure orders are placed correctly and in a timely manner
  • Follow up on orders to ensure completion
  • Communicate order updates to customers as required
  • Resolve customer issues:
  • Follow up with service and support to ensure issues are dealt with and resolved in a timely manner
  • Continual communication with customers and support until issues are resolved
  • Update and maintain CRM as it relates to customer base
  • Back up the sales team as required
  • Secondary Service contract renewal support/closing where necessary
  • Thorough knowledge of Digitcom’s products and solutions
Required Skills and Experience:
  • Minimum 3 years of Sales and/or Account Management experience
  • Consistent track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Experience in technology or telecommunication sales preferred
  • Superior communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM software
  • Organized, flexible and thrives in dynamic environment
